I've been in this area many times but wasn't aware of this hospital...Extremely helpful and courteous staff including doctors.. Nurses.. Maushis and other staff at reception and office.. Very professional and knowledgeable. The hospital was extremely clean and well kept. Washroom was clean and the staff responsible for cleaning ensure they sweep and clean the room at least three to four times a day including the washroom. The staff and management is so kind and ever helpful.. They not only care about their patients but also are extremely humble and understand the needs of the person accompanying the patient.. I'm physically challenged and was taking care of my mother and was initially a bit worried... But they made it easy and so convenient for me.. So I didn't have to face any challenges. Way to go team!! Keep up the good work! Hope to see u all continue the tradition and the values in the future too.. Lots of abundance and prosperity to each and everyone at unique... Awesome!!

We had to rush our 92 year old mother for an emergency surgery for incarcerated umbilical hernia in the middle of the night. our GP recommended Unique Hospital and we are so glad he did.Upon admission, no time was wasted in paperwork and formalities at cost of patient health. She was immediately checked and all tests administered to ascertain surgery possible due to her advanced age. Fortunately all was normal. Dr Rajendra Singh performed the emergency surgery efficiently and Dr. Zubin Vaid ensured every detail was taken care of. For the nine days she stayed recuperating, daily Drs visits and constant personalized attention from the nursing and other staff helped us relax as care giving was taken over primarily by the Hospital. They have an inhouse chemist dispensing medication as and when required and the level of cleanliness is wonderful. Just one improvement would be the food on offer. Perhaps a choice/variety per patient condition would be good. This is a small hospital that is so BIG on cure, care and comfort, it is the suburbs well-kept secret. A gem!

My father was admitted for treating diabetes with high blood pressure, he was given timely treatment and courtesy of staff was very cordial and cooperative including the administrative staff. In addition, they also show concern for the relatives accompanied with patient. Myself had immediate operation in my leg and was not freely physically mobile but Unique hospital staff ensured to provide to me also the breakfast, lunch and dinner till we were in the hospital.
